Effective October 18, 2026. These terms apply to GovBot County Hazard Intelligence at county.govbot.ai, operated by Ideation Lab, Corp.

Permitted use

Use this read-only service for public-record research and planning context. No sign-in or purchase is required. Respect rate limits and the published terms and attribution requirements of each source. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or submit confidential information.

Source qualifications

Records have different dates, geographic scopes and coverage limits. Preserve source citations and qualifications when reusing results. Missing holdings are not evidence that a plan, study or hazard does not exist. Availability and source contents can change; verify consequential decisions with the responsible authority.

Limits of the service

The service does not provide emergency safety assurances, regulatory flood determinations, property-level insurance eligibility, premiums or professional engineering advice. NFIP participation and CRS classifications describe communities and do not establish an individual policy or benefit. GovBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by FEMA, any government agency or OpenAI.

Records are provided as available without a guarantee of completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular decision. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
